A Word About our Rates ...
Our rates reflect the modesty of our style and the
fact that we have had a longer period than most (more than 30
years!) to amortize our capital costs. You will find the
same high quality hospitality and personal attention, as well
as the comfort, convenience and cleanliness that are the
standards of the Empire State B & B Association and the
Adirondack B & B Association. Please note that we do not
accept credit cards.
Between Memorial Day Weekend and
Columbus Day Weekend we request a two-night minimum on
weekends. (A one-night stay on Friday or Saturday may be
possible depending on prior multi-day reservations ending on
Friday or beginning on Saturday. Visit the "Availability" link
(below) to determine possibility on a specific weekend.

Bed & Breakfast rates are for the room, per
night, and are effective year-round.
They include a full country breakfast of your choice from our
menu. All rooms have private baths and individually controlled
heat and air conditioners. Wi-fi via satellite is
available throughout the house. There is no TV
reception.
7% NYS sales tax & 4% local occupancy tax will be added to
your bill. We accept cash, traveler's checks and personal
checks (US only). Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards.

WEEKEND FULL MEAL PACKAGES *
December 25 - Mid March (available for 6 or more
guests.)
Winter weekends start Friday evening with welcoming
refreshments and include all meals from first
morning's full country breakfast through trail lunch on
day of departure. Return from your day's activities to
après-ski fare, followed by a four-course, family-style
dinner, served at 7 pm. A cup of hot chocolate by the
Franklin stove following a moonlit walk makes a nice
ending to a perfect day.
Winter Weekend Package prices
are PER PERSON for entire stay.
NYS Sales tax (7%) and county occupancy tax (4%) are
additional.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSIT INFORMATION
We request a deposit of $50.00 per room
on B&B plan ($100 for Holiday periods), or $50 per person
for Winter Packages, to be received within five
business days after making a reservation. Your good
personal check is OK. Refunds will be made for cancellations
received more than two weeks prior to reservation date.
(Four weeks for holiday periods & special events
such as Americade.)
